Ststistics say about 34 million farmers have moved out of agriculture in the last decade due to loss profit margin, high risks associated with farming and a lack of societal status. Farmlancer aims to reduce this disparity among the other professions compared to farming. We aim to make farming an attractive career option which shall be able to provide a sustainable and respectable income to the future generaton farmers
In the Indian market the cost of food grows by over 300% while moving from farmers to consumers (Excluding MSP items). We reduce this disparity to just 50% between the farmers and the consumers and our cost is 5% upcharge on top of the farmer's selling price.

Technically everything that grows naturally is Organic. We do not have any organic certiications nor do we plan to apply for any. However we use only natural manures for our crops. We provide a detailed list of the seeds used, the manures used and the dates when the same were used to our users. Also our users have access to our live cameras at our farm so they can track all the details.
